I've been writing...that's why I haven't been writing
The journey towards my doctorate
Hey friends.
For years, I’ve enjoyed the outlet of writing on my blog. Many of you have followed along on the journey of me sharing thoughts and ideas about ministry, leadership, family, etc.
Over the past few months, I have posted less. And by less, I mean nothing.

It is for good reason. It isn’t that I haven’t been writing; it is that my writing energy has been going toward my doctoral studies. About a year ago, I began my journey toward my Doctorate of Ministry at Southeastern University (seu.edu).
I have loved every aspect of what I am learning, researching, and growing in.
Since I was a young college student, I committed to being a lifelong learner. That is what has brought me to this step. I love that I am able to aim all of my studies at the work I am engaged in at Life Center. It is fun, challenging, hard, and rewarding.
All that said, if you’ve followed my blog and wondered, “Where are the posts, Tyler?”, I have been directing my writing energy toward my DMin.
I look forward to sharing more in the near future.
Just wanted to share that update with you.
Thanks for following along.
Tyler

Proud of your goal to seek your Doctorate. While Jeannette and I haven't been attending we keep you, your family, and Life Center family in our prayers. We only wish the traditional service would be later in the morning. I love hearing the choir and organ. Maybe some day the service 🤔 could begin, say around 10:30 or 11:00 for us old folks. Continue the typing and want to see your doctoral dissertation.
Sincerely your servant in the Lord,
Wayne De Goey & Jeannette Eubank
